We watched faithful people record everything in notebooks.
Treasurers who could tell you, from memory, every peso that came through their church for the last decade. Pastors who knew every member by name, every family by story. Secretaries who carried the whole organization in two notebooks and a folder of receipts.
Their faithfulness was extraordinary. But it was also fragile. If they got sick, the system collapsed. If a notebook was lost, years of work were gone. If audit season came, two weeks vanished into hunting through old pages.
We knew the tools to fix this existed — but they were built for big organizations with big budgets. So we built one for everyone else.
We chose relationship over revenue.
Most software companies hold back features so you have to pay to unlock them. We do the opposite. Every feature is on every plan — including the free one.
Why? Because the value StewardTrack gives a church isn't something we can charge for honestly. Audit-ready books. A board that can finally answer any question. A congregation that no one slips through the cracks of. What you'd pay doesn't cover what that's worth.
The paid tiers exist for two reasons: to raise the usage limits when your church grows past the free caps (more members, more emails, more transactions), and to help us keep the lights on so we can keep building. That's it. It's a partnership, not a price.
