Donation Fees & Charges

Clear, complete pricing for online giving โ€” what donors pay, what your church receives, and what it costs to pay funds out.

Last updated: June 8, 2026

We believe churches deserve to know exactly what every peso of online giving costs. This page lays out all fees in StewardTrack online donations โ€” the payment-acceptance fee, the platform fee, and the payout fee โ€” including who pays each one. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Payment processing is provided by Xendit, a payment provider regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas. Provider rates are set by Xendit and may change; figures here are current as of June 2026.

StewardTrack lets your church accept online donations and pay the funds out to your bank or e-wallet. Three kinds of charges can apply across that journey:
โ€ขPayment-acceptance fee (money-in): charged by the payment provider (Xendit) when a donation is collected. The rate depends on how the donor pays.
โ€ขPlatform fee: a small StewardTrack fee shown to the donor at checkout.
โ€ขDisbursement fee (money-out): a fixed fee charged by Xendit when you pay funds out from your balance to your bank or e-wallet.
StewardTrack does not handle, hold, or process funds. Donations are captured by Xendit (a payment provider regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas) and settle into your church's own Xendit account. The sections below explain exactly who pays what, and when.
All fees below are for the Philippines and exclude 12% VAT unless stated otherwise. Provider rates are set by Xendit and may change; figures here are current as of June 2026.
