We are deep into Q2 2026 development and wanted to give you a look at what is in progress. These are features that are either in testing with beta users or in final development — they will be released on a rolling basis over the coming months.
Member Self-Service Portal
One of our most-requested features: a portal where members can log in, view their own profile, update their contact information, and see their giving history. This removes a significant manual workload from church secretaries who currently field dozens of "Can you update my phone number?" requests each month.
For the treasurer, it means members can generate their own giving summaries without requesting them individually. This feature is in final beta and will be released to Premium and above first.
Expanded SMS Capabilities
We are partnering with additional SMS gateway providers to improve delivery rates for members in provinces with limited network connectivity. We are also adding two-way SMS — the ability for members to reply to SMS messages sent through StewardTrack, with responses captured in the communication log.
Budget Forecasting Tools
The current budget module shows actual vs. budgeted. The new forecasting tool will project your year-end position based on current spending trends. If the first quarter shows consistent overspending in a category, the forecast will flag it before it becomes a problem in Q4.
Multi-Campus Reporting (Enterprise)
For church networks and multi-campus churches on Enterprise plan, we are adding consolidated reporting — the ability to see aggregated membership, financial, and ministry data across all campuses in a single dashboard.
