ChurchTrac is an affordable, long-running US-based church management platform known for straightforward pricing and a broad feature set. Its online giving is processed through a Stripe integration. Because Stripe does not currently list the Philippines as a fully supported merchant country, churches in the Philippines cannot receive online donations through ChurchTrac natively. StewardTrack is built in the Philippines with Xendit-powered giving that supports GCash, Maya, QR Ph, card, and bank transfer out of the box.

StewardTrack is built specifically for Philippine churches โ PHP pricing and giving through Xendit (GCash, Maya, QR Ph, card, bank transfer) โ while ChurchTrac's Stripe-based giving is not available to Philippine merchants. If local payment rails and PHP billing matter to your decision, StewardTrack is designed for that from the ground up.
ChurchTrac processes online giving through a Stripe integration. Stripe's published supported-country list does not include the Philippines as of April 2026, which means a Philippine-registered church generally cannot receive online donations through ChurchTrac's native giving. StewardTrack uses Xendit, which is regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas and settles funds to a Philippine bank account.
Through Xendit, donors can pay with GCash, Maya, QR Ph, credit or debit card, or bank transfer. Each settles to the church's own Xendit sub-account and is recorded as a donation in StewardTrack automatically.
ChurchTrac is known for very low entry-level pricing starting around $6โ$9/month. StewardTrack's all-in-one subscription includes giving, finance, events, and members with local payment rails โ compare total cost of ownership including the payment processor, not just the software subscription.
ChurchTrac offers in-platform accounting. StewardTrack also ships a built-in finance module โ chart of accounts, bank accounts, transactions, and reports โ designed for Philippine church treasurers.
Export your member, giving, and accounting data from ChurchTrac and import it into StewardTrack during onboarding. Our team can help scope the migration during a discovery call.
