ChurchTrac is an affordable, long-running US-based church management platform known for straightforward pricing and a broad feature set. Its online giving is processed through a Stripe integration. Because Stripe does not currently list the Philippines as a fully supported merchant country, churches in the Philippines cannot receive online donations through ChurchTrac natively. ChurchTrac processes online giving through a Stripe integration. Stripe's published supported-country list does not include the Philippines as of April 2026, which means a Philippine-registered church generally cannot receive online donations through ChurchTrac's native giving. StewardTrack uses Xendit, which is regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas and settles funds to a Philippine bank account.
Through Xendit, donors can pay with GCash, Maya, QR Ph, credit or debit card, or bank transfer. Each settles to the church's own Xendit sub-account and is recorded as a donation in StewardTrack automatically.
