All release notes

July โ€“ September 2026

Notebooks become live presentations

Notebooks grew from a note-taking surface into a full presentation tool, from first draft to sharing it with your congregation.

  • Turn any notebook page into a slide presentation directly from its headings, with a full-screen Present mode.
  • Review your whole deck at a glance with Grid View, and control a live presentation remotely from your phone or tablet.
  • Publish a presentation to a public link, or export it to PowerPoint as an editable or polished file.
  • Voice dictation lets you speak your notes instead of typing, on notebook pages and Care Plan case notes alike.
  • Insert page breaks that carry through to PDF exports, and jump to any section with a collapsible outline panel.

Meetings, agendas, and minutes

Meetings now carry their own structured record, kept in sync with your notes.

  • Meetings include a built-in Agenda list and Minutes of Meeting, linked to the meeting's notebook page.
  • Notebook pages with existing content open in view mode by default, so browsing your notes never risks an accidental change.

A modernized Transaction Ledger and finance setup

Finance workflows got a faster, more guided experience end to end.

  • The redesigned Transaction Ledger uses a card-grid layout with status filters, search, and a grid/list view toggle.
  • Creating a fund, financial source, liability, or category now walks you through a guided setup flow.
  • Chart of accounts entries now stay automatically in sync with your treasury accounts, funds, categories, and liabilities.
  • Fullscreen entry views make dense transaction line-item entry easier on any device.
  • Publish point-in-time financial reports for members to view under Home โ†’ Financial Reports.
  • Submitting, approving, and posting transactions is now faster, especially with several people working in the ledger at once.

Care, discipleship, and planning

Pastoral workflows got more visual and more flexible.

  • The Care Plans follow-up board supports drag-and-drop between Needs follow-up, In progress, and Resolved, with distinct column colors.
  • Broader care case categories and richer contact logging for pastoral follow-up.
  • Care plan and discipleship plan notifications now show clear titles and details.

Security and reliability hardening

Ongoing investment in keeping access controls and account security tight.

  • Strengthened server-side permission enforcement across Members, Care Plans, Discipleship Plans, and Families.
  • Hardened permissions across tenant settings โ€” billing, custom domains, and tenant profile.
  • Changing your password now more reliably signs your account out on other devices and browsers.
  • Payments now go through reliably right after you update your saved card.

Church-wide timezone correctness and polish

Smaller improvements that add up across the everyday experience.

  • Dates and times across dashboards, schedules, reports, and forms now follow your church's configured timezone.
  • Refreshed the admin home dashboard with a personalized, rearrangeable card layout.
  • Mobile layout polish across onboarding, admin home, and redesigned admin pages.
  • The Communication module was retired in favor of more dependable, focused notification delivery; birthday post templates moved under Community.
