How to disconnect StewardTrack from your Facebook Page and request deletion of related data.
Last updated: July 1, 2026
StewardTrack lets churches connect a Facebook Page to publish announcements and, when enabled, manage Messenger conversations. Use the steps below to disconnect and request deletion of related data. For full details, see our Privacy Policy (Section 7 โ Facebook Page Integration).
What we delete
Disconnecting in StewardTrack removes stored Page access tokens and integration settings. Revoking access in Facebook removes the app authorization on Meta's side and triggers StewardTrack's deauthorize callback, which clears any Page connections linked to that Facebook account. For complete removal, we recommend doing both. Posts already published to Facebook remain on Facebook until you delete them on Facebook or through StewardTrack while the connection was still active. We do not sell Facebook data.
